  • I will evaluate your fitness level and goals, go over our personal agreement, review your health questionnaire and exercise history.
  • We can discuss cancellation policies and billing procedures.
  • I can then introduce you to the gym you'll be working out at.
  • I'll design a workout program specifically tailored to you which will take into account the demands of your job, your hobbies and other activities you participate in.
