As a scientist who worked in a research lab for 11 years, I am a keen observer and record keeper. We'll keep a record of your workouts with a tracking system, updating your medical history periodically, so that we can adjust your workouts to reflect changing conditions. You will always know why you are doing what you are doing. I believe in forming a partnership with my clients, therefore, I encourage input so we can create a program that you'll enjoy. I’m a firm believer in functional fitness. Regular exercise provides you with a better quality of life. It makes working and playing easier and more enjoyable, improves your mood, reduces stress and body fat, increases your endurance and energy and improves your self image. I'll effectively design a program specifically tailored to you which will take into account the demands of your job, your hobbies and other activities that you participate in. I'll help you set goals that you can reasonably achieve so that you can see progress and do not suffer from exercise burn out.
